Decent Homes

Since 2001 RCD have been involved in the Governments Decent Homes programme which gave tenants living in social housing the rights to a ‘decent’ standard of living.

Social Housing tenants are receiving new kitchens, bathrooms, heating systems, double glazing, rewires, smoke alarms, front doors.

RCD are proud to having supported this Government initiative over the past 9 years, and have grown to accommodate this demand. Our teams ensure high quality refurbishment every day of the week to bring clean, fresh modern facilities to sometimes forgotten tenants.
